Unicity is a mixed-use development featuring a four-level lifestyle shopping mall, a facility podium, and approximately 300 hotel suites. Located in Seremban 3, adjacent to a university, it is designed to serve the local community and university students, offering a fresh and engaging shopping experience.
The building's façade is clad in vertical, mid-brown lattices, enhancing the residential tower with earthy frames and glass frontages. The facility podium includes a swimming pool, a floating gymnasium, an oblique-shaped multi-purpose hall, and abundant garden leisure spaces. The mall's interior playfully reflects Unicity’s branding as a Lifestyle Campus Mall—the first of its kind in Seremban.
