Comprising 1,334 units across 53 floors in Tower A and Tower B, the development is guided by the Coral Living concept - a metaphor for the resilience and interconnectedness of coral ecosystems. Like coral reefs that flourish through diversity and layered growth, the design reimagines these natural principles within a vertical urban community where individuality and togetherness thrive in harmony.
Each level draws inspiration from different coral typologies: Digitate Coral shapes the strong foundation, Foliose Coral inspires vibrant communal spaces, Mushroom Coral defines adaptable private residences, and Table Coral crowns the tower as an expansive sky retreat. With natural materials, thoughtful spatial planning, and human-centric details, the design forms a sustainable and emotionally engaging vertical ecosystem.
