A thorough transformation of a 3,000 sqft stand-alone building was completed in December 2022, expanding its floor area to 5,000 sqft. It is now the Sales Gallery for Kota Puteri Crown City by The State Development Corporation of Selangor (PKNS). With the introduction of the new township tag-line, “Where Serenity Unites Community,” the interior blends harmonious colours and elements, highlighted by their rich maroon corporate colour.
The gallery features a display area with maximised glazed panels, a reception, and a two-way access bar area. Additionally, the gallery is extended with an outdoor discussion space, including a shaded glass room that offers views of lush greenery, and is located close to a 12,000 sqft landscaped compound within the gallery grounds.
