Unicity is a mixed development consists of 4 levels of lifestyle shopping mall, facility podium and approximately 300 units of hotel suites. It is located at Seremban 3, right beside it is a university, designed to cater for the neighbourhood and the university students which provide a whole new shopping experience & excitement.
Facade of the building is cladded with vertical lattices in mid-brown tone, enhances the residence tower with encased earth toned framing and glass frontage. Facility podium is designed with a swimming pool, floating gymnasium, oblique-shaped multi-purpose hall and plenty of garden leisure space. The shopping mall interior is playfully designed in reflect to the context, which Unicity is branded as a Lifestyle Campus Mall, the very first concept mall in Seremban.
