Des Prix Infinitus Media Leadership Excellence Awards recognises outstanding leaders and achievements across the Malaysia National Key Economic Areas (NKEA). Leadership Excellence Awards (LEA) works as an independent and non-partisan accreditation body with interest to connect, recognise and help empower leaders across the ASEAN region. Leadership Excellence Awards (LEA) is about bringing people together and promote cross-industry dialogues and pollination. We hope in the next five years; we can host, connect and recognise leaders across ASEAN, providing them with an avenue to network and tell their stories. We are proud to host our very first inauguration in Kuala Lumpur in conjunction with Malaysia’s 60th year of independence. Malaysia as a nation has come far since its independence, but the success of the country will not take place without the great leaders propelling industries - both in private and public sectors.

The premier recognition platform offers five categories namely: C-Suite Leadership Excellence Awards, Innovative Leaders of The Year, Community Leaders of The Year, Passionate Icons of The Year, and Emerging Leaders of The Year. Within these categories, five individuals and ten companies have also been selected to receive the bestowment of the Top Leader Awards and Highly Recommended Awards.

The event held on 20^th September 2019, at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya gathered over 100 business leaders and successful entrepreneurs for the celebration. Jackal Chua, managing director of Metrics Global Sdn Bhd was awarded as Innovative Leader of the Year, additionally, he brought Metrics Global to another level by receiving a special industry award to the company, which is Highly Recommended for Architecture, Design & Build Firm!
